How to Use These Images To view the photo without downloading, click the link. To determine which resolution you need, check your screen settings (should be under display). Downloading To download, right click the link (or the full size photo) and choose the "Save as" option (it may also say "Save Link as" or "Save Picture as"). Choose the directory where you want it to be saved in (if given that option), and save it! Setting Your New Wallpaper!Webshots - I recommend using Webshots (www.webshots.com) free software to manage your wallpaper and screen savers if you like a lot of variety. It's entirely free, and if you set up a free account, you can download loads of great pics from their archives. To add one of Rachael's images to your Webshots program, click the "Photos" button, and choose the "Add Photo" option, a dialogue box will open, and all you have to do is tell the program where you've saved this photo.Set Wallpaper Manually (PC) - If you prefer to not use extra software, open your Control Panel (double-click the "My Computer" icon and select the Control Panel, or use the Start menu and select "Settings" and "Control Panel"). Double-click the "Display" icon and make sure the Background tab is selected. Click the "Browse" button, navigate to the location of the saved image, and select it. Make sure to click the OK button before closing the Display window. Set Walpaper Manually (Mac OS X) Click on the "System Preferences" icon on your Dock. Select the Desktop icon (under Personal), select the "Choose Folder..." option in the "Collections" drop down menu, and navigate to where you've saved the image(s). |
